AI Income System is a digital product. Access is granted immediately after payment. Because the digital content is delivered instantly and you confirm this at checkout, the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply once you access the content. We do not offer refunds after access has been granted. If you have a technical problem, we will fix it. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts.
1. Nature of the Product
AI Income System is a digital educational product consisting of video lessons, downloadable files, templates, scripts, and supporting materials delivered through digital access. No physical goods are shipped.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal — Digital Products Exception
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m) and Romanian Law OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content when:
- The product is digital
- Access is offered immediately after payment
- The customer explicitly confirms at checkout that they consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal
At checkout, you tick a mandatory checkbox confirming these conditions. No refund is owed after access has been granted.
3. No-Refund Policy After Access
We do not process refunds after access to the Product has been granted. The following are not valid grounds for a refund:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not complete the course
- You did not achieve the income results you expected
- You found similar content elsewhere
Important: This course teaches educational frameworks and strategies. Results depend entirely on effort, consistency, market conditions, and execution. We make no guarantees of income.
4. Exceptions — When We Will Review a Request
- Technical failure: You paid but never received access and we cannot restore it within 72 hours
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice due to a payment processor error
- Unauthorized transaction: You can demonstrate the transaction was fraudulent

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to submit evidence of purchase, access logs, and your checkout confirmation to your payment provider, and to terminate your access immediately.
